Selling a house doesn’t always come easy & by that I mean emotionally. Especially for someone like me who gets sentimentally attached and holds on to things, like memories within a first home. Terri held our hand every step of the way and made us feel supported and cared about. Much like she did when we bought this home, she walked us through step by step thoroughly explaining things and allowing us to feel educated on the entire selling process. She understood the personal value of this home and what it meant to us to have to say good bye to it. When we were overcome by the stress of moving she was right there to cross our T’s and dot our I’s, she was always reminding us of any important tasks to complete all while allowing us the space to process everything and pack our things in a timely manor. She emphasized the importance of staging, personally walking through our home and helping us know what would look best from a professional stance.
